Our cancellation policy comes into effect within 12 hours of your appointment. In this case, call 0491 353 626 if you need to cancel and you will have the opportunity to forgo your session credit or make a cancellation fee contribution. You choose the cancellation value you wish to contribute at the time.

If you miss your appointment then services are treated as delivered and full fees will be charged.
