This Spring our focus is on restoring balance and wellbeing in preparation for all that warmer weather productivity. You can choose from individual sessions as stand alone experiences or for the full effect join the six-week series to be lead deeper into your own innate healing potential.
But What is Pranic Floating?
We are here to support you coming back to your inner stillness whether you’re in one of our gorgeous float rooms or your lounge room. Pranic floating is a Liquid Zen inspired practice to complement your floatation therapy. While floating in a float rooms is gravity free, Pranic Floating uses gravity to induced relaxation in the comfort of your own home.
Based on the traditional practice of Yoga Nidra, or sleeping with awareness you will be guided through an effortless 30-40 minute practice. Rooted in a vast body of knowledge and ancient tradition, it is a comprehensive method for maximizing health and well being. It is also a profoundly spiritual practice and is one of the most accessible ways to positively reshape the unconscious. So the benefits are like the float therapy you’re used to at Liquid Zen, only you can stay at home, dry and with optional salt lamp!
