Are you a pro-floater and want to take your float room experience to another level? Or perhaps there are times when you just wish you were floating?
Did you know that Liquid Zen has just what you’re looking for?
…Pranic Floating. Prana is a Sanskrit word for breath, “life force”, or “vital principle”. So, Pranic Floating is about floating on your breath or “life force” instead of the salty solution that you’re accustomed to relaxing on.
We all float for different reasons but the basic premise is because it makes us feel better, and better and better! It help us feel great about ourselves and life in general. Many customers have shared that floating is what they rely on to return to centre, manage pain, and process daily life with grace.
But what if you could supplement that with a practice that you can do just abut anywhere, on your own schedule and you didn’t need Liquid Zen for it? Imagine having access to a relaxing, healing technique you can practice for a lifetime. Your float therapy will only get better with the addition of this Pranc Floating practice.
The birth of Pranic Floating
Through utilising a traditional practice of Yoga Nidra, we discovered that we could recreate so many of the benefits of modern float therapy and so ‘Pranic Floating’ was born. Rooted in a vast body of knowledge and ancient tradition, on the most basic level, it is a comprehensive method for maximizing health and well being. On a deeper level, it is also a profoundly spiritual practice. Somewhere in between, it is one of the most accessible ways to positively reshape the unconscious. Tying together the principles of float therapy and yoga nidra to create a practice you can do almost anywhere with very little equipment. Pranic floating is like floating without the salty water!
Join us as we journey down this modern twist of an ancient path together. Weaving relaxation, empowerment, healing and learning to access a new way of being… calm, grounded, human, in or out of the float room.

Meditation workshop series: ‘trust who you are’
Do you want the good news or the bad news first?
Let’s tackle the gritty up front, then we can relax.
Trust is a huge topic, emotive, edgy, it takes aeons to build and micro seconds to undermine. But cheer up, the good news is – it’s worth every minute we invest in it. Trust is the foundation for any successful relationship and none more important than the one we have with ourselves. We are so worth it!
Take a dive with us into how to create a more trustworthy relationship with yourself. Letting go of doubt and the ‘mini-me’ chatter. You are invited into a deeper connection with yourself – one that you can enjoy and that holds you strong when needed. Move toward clarity, calm and dare we mention – sanity! 😉
So if you’re looking for greater flow through life, then join us in a 4 part, weekly series to explore this opportunity.
Who’s it designed for?
This series is created to move us beyond:
- times when self-talk holds us back
- getting side tracked or even railroaded by emotions
- when the body is trying to tell us something, or
- having trouble making good decisions or even just a decision
If any of these signs are niggling at you then you’ll reap the rewards from this series.
The details:
- When: Register your interest in the next ‘Trust Who You Are’ series. Depending on numbers we expect to be running the next series in June 2020 – dates to be confirmed.
- Prerequisites: the willingness to look within and be honest with yourself. This is a supported introspective journey.
- Facilitator: Jenny van den Bosch
